Short version: this website collects no data. There are no forms, no sign-up and no analytics. If you write to us on WhatsApp or by email, we process what you tell us in order to reply and handle your rental.

Data collected through the website
None. This is a static site: it has no forms, no user area, no analytics tools and no social media buttons that track browsing.
No profiling is carried out and no automated decisions are made.
The only exception is the reviews block, which is displayed by an external service and only loads if you accept it. When you do, your IP address reaches that provider. This is explained in the cookie policy.
If you choose to pay the booking deposit, payment takes place on the Stripe platform, outside this website. Card details are processed by Stripe under its own privacy policy; the operator of this site only receives confirmation of the payment and the booking reference.
Data processed when you contact us
When you write on WhatsApp or by email, we process the data you provide voluntarily: usually your name, phone number or email address, and the content of the message. If the booking is confirmed, we also process the data needed to formalise the rental and comply with applicable maritime regulations, such as identity documents and, where relevant, your boating licence.
- Purpose: to answer your enquiry, manage the booking and comply with the legal obligations of the rental.
- Legal basis: performance of the contract or pre-contractual measures requested, and compliance with legal obligations.
- Retention: for the duration of the relationship and, afterwards, for the period required by tax and administrative obligations.
Recipients
Data is not passed to third parties except where legally required. Please bear in mind that a WhatsApp conversation takes place on a Meta Platforms service, with its own terms and privacy policy, outside the control of the operator of this site.
Hosting
The website is hosted by Vercel, acting as data processor, which records the technical data any server records, such as the IP address of requests, for security and operational purposes.
PENDING: confirm whether a data processing agreement is signed with the hosting provider.
Your rights
You can request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, the restriction of or objection to processing, and portability, by writing to the address given above. If you believe your request has not been handled properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos).
