Purpose
This website provides information about boat rental in Mallorca, shows the availability of the boats that publish a calendar, and allows you to pay the booking deposit that holds your trip.
Payment is processed through Stripe, acting as the payment gateway: card details are entered on their platform and the operator of this website never sees them.
Paying the deposit does not close the booking on its own. It remains subject to written confirmation by the operator, in accordance with the booking and rental terms.
Terms of use
Access to this site is free and requires no registration. Anyone browsing it undertakes to do so in accordance with the law and not to use it for purposes that could harm the rights of third parties or the site itself.
Prices and availability
Published prices correspond to the season stated for each rate and include applicable taxes. Items that are not included (fuel, skipper, security deposit and extras) are set out on each boat page.
The availability shown is indicative and reflects the state of the calendar at the time of the query. It does not constitute a firm booking until the operator confirms it.
Intellectual property
The texts, photographs and graphic elements on this site belong to the operator or are used with permission. Reproduction without prior authorisation is not permitted.
Liability
The operator endeavours to keep the published information accurate and up to date, but cannot guarantee that it is free of errors. Technical details and rates may change; in the event of any discrepancy, what was confirmed in writing at the time of booking prevails.
This site links to third-party services, such as Google Maps to show the marinas and WhatsApp for contact. The operator is not responsible for the content or the policies of those services.
